Zhangjiagang huikun electronics manufacturing Co. Ltd was found in the year of 2000, company located in Zhangjiagang city which around 150km far from Shanghai. We have 20 years manufacturing experience in wire harness and sheet metal products. During these years huikun grow up from a company with 10 employees to 250 employees, for now huikun has two main workshops, wire harness workshop and sheet metal workshop. Sales amount is around USD 20, 000, 000 in the year of 2019. Our main products are wire harness, electrical enclosure and panel boards. Our advanced wire harness workshop has gotton IATF16949 certification and as a famous wire harness supplier in automobile industry. Huikun is excellent supplier for TE connectivity, Nexteer, VAST, YAPP and Draexlmaier. For manufacturing equipment We have advanced automatic crimping system, wire twist machine, laser marking machine, automatic potting machine, leakage testing machine and so on. From automatic crimping process to continuity testing process we have 100% self error proofing and tooling error proofing, that′s why our wire harness can achieve 99.9% pass rate in customer side. Our advanced sheet metal workshop have laser cutting machine, CNC turret punching machine, CNC bending machine and so on, with strict requirement of inspection in every process we keep on providing high quality products to customers which from Australia, USA, France, Cyprus, UK and so on.
